All class cancellations or changes must be made in your Momence account on our booking platform – not via email or phone.
Refunds & Credits
Please note that Behind the Lids does not offer cash refunds for any class purchases, memberships, or packages. If you cancel within the allowed window (as noted below), the class credit will be returned to your account for future use.
Single Purchase Classes, Two-Week Awakening, and Ascension Membership
Class reservations can be cancelled up to two hours before the start of a class through your Momence account, and you will receive a class credit to use at a later date. If you cancel less than two hours before the start of a class or simply do not show up, you will lose the class credit.
Enlighten Membership
If you cancel less than two hours before the start of a class two times in a 14 day window, you will be charged a late cancellation fee of $15. If you simply do not show up for a class, you will be charged a no show fee of $15 automatically.
