What is included in an Ascension Membership?
The Ascension Membership includes four class credits per month, and they can be used for any class that is normally $35. This includes our weekly and bi-weekly classes, which are Magical Moondays, The Soundbath Experience, Embody Your Light, Healing Hearts Breathwork, and Emotional Release Breathwork. Plus, you receive 10% off all other classes and workshops. Four $35 classes are normally $140, but you’ll only pay $109 – saving you $31 per month!

What is included in an Enlightened Membership?
The Enlightened Membership includes unlimited class credits per month, and they can be used for any class excluding Premium Events (including, but not limited to Power of 3, special workshops, and training programs). Plus, you receive 10% off Premium Events. 

What is the commitment?
By enrolling in a Behind the Lids membership, you are agreeing to a minimum three month commitment, and your membership automatically renews on a month-to-month basis on the day of the month in which you originally enrolled. Unused class credits do not rollover to the next month, and they can not be transferred to another member. Memberships can not be shared, and they can not be put on hold.

What Premium Events are not included in my membership?
Premium Events include Power of 3, training programs, and special workshops, and these require additional payment. Members receive a 10% discount off of all Premium Events.

When can I start using my new Membership?
Your card will be charged at the time of registration, but your membership cycle will not begin until the date of the first class you book. On that day, your monthly billing cycle will begin, and you will be charged monthly on that day of the month. You can start using your membership benefits right away by booking classes.

What is your class cancellation policy?
All class cancellations or changes must be made in your Momence account on our booking platform – not via email or phone.

SINGLE CLASS PURCHASE, TWO-WEEK AWAKENING, and ASCENSION MEMBERSHIP: Class reservations can be cancelled in your Momence account up to two hours before the start of a class without losing a class credit or being penalized. If you cancel less than two hours before the start of a class or simply do not show up, you will lose the class credit.

ENLIGHTEN MEMBERSHIP: If you cancel within your Momence account less than two hours before the start of a class two times in a 14 day window, you will be charged a late cancellation fee of $15. If you simply do not show up for a class, you will be charged a no show fee of $15 automatically.

What happens if my monthly membership renewal payment is unsuccessful?
You will have 48 hours to update the card on file before the payment system makes a second attempt. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, a third attempt will be made 48 hours later. If the third attempt is unsuccessful, the membership will be cancelled as well as all associated class reservations.

How can I cancel my membership?
To cancel your membership, please contact mandy@behindthelids.com at least seven days prior to your next billing.
