Donation Based Yoga with Sean

This class is geared toward the beginner, but of course all are welcome.

“Make it feel good”, this is the intention that lies at the center of Sean’s yoga classes. Join Sean for an hour of hatha yoga, combining rejuvenating and restorative poses with a deeply relaxing yoga Nidra meditation. Drop out of your mind, and into your body. Settle into your own unique dance of breath. Sip deeply of each sweet and subtle sensation of movement, and allow yourself to get intimate with your internal workings. --
