Membership Details

Do I already have an account on the new Behind the Lids booking platform?
If you used the previous Behind the Lids booking platform (Acuity), we have already transferred your email to our new booking platform provided by Momence. To setup a password, simply go to the login page and click “Forgot Password.” You will be sent an email with a link that allows you to setup a new password.

Where can I download the Momence app to book my Behind the Lids classes?
Download the iOS app or Android app to make it easier to book classes.

When can I start using my new Membership?
You can start using your Membership benefits right away by booking classes.

What will my membership include?
Both the Ascension and Enlighten Memberships give you access to weekly and monthly classes including breathwork, meditation, sound bath, manifesting, and other scheduled classes - excluding Premium Events. Members receive a 10% discount off of all Premium Events.

By enrolling in a Behind the Lids membership, you are agreeing to a minimum three month commitment, and your membership automatically renews on a month-to-month basis on the day of the month in which you originally enrolled. Unused class credits do not rollover to the next month, and they can not be transferred to another member. Memberships can not be shared, and they can not be put on hold.

What Premium Events are not included in my membership?
Premium Events include Power of 3, training programs, and special workshops, and these require additional payment. Members receive a 10% discount off of all Premium Events.

What is your class cancellation policy?
SINGLE CLASS PURCHASE, TWO-WEEK AWAKENING, and ASCENSION MEMBERSHIP: Class reservations can be cancelled up to two hours before the start of a class without losing a class credit or being penalized. If you cancel less than two hours before the start of a class or simply do not show up, you will lose the class credit.

ENLIGHTEN MEMBERSHIP: If you cancel less than two hours before the start of a class two times in a 14 day window, you will be charged a late cancellation fee of $15. If you simply do not show up for a class, you will be charged a no show fee of $15 automatically.

What happens if my monthly membership renewal payment is unsuccessful?
You will have 48 hours to update the card on file before the payment system makes a second attempt. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, a third attempt will be made 48 hours later. If the third attempt is unsuccessful, the membership will be cancelled as well as all associated class reservations.

What if I cancel my membership as a Founder?
If you choose to cancel or your membership expires due to lack of payment, you will no longer have access to the Founder's membership package, and new rates will apply.

How can I cancel my membership?
To cancel your membership, please contact mandy@behindthelids.com at least seven days prior to your next billing.
